Default Dealer won't provide CPO checklist.

Hey,

I'm looking at buying a CPO car from a Porsche dealer. I have been trying to get the 111 point CPO checklist but they are giving me the runaround and won't supply it. Has anyone else asked for the checklist but had the dealer not provide it?

Thanks,

David

I just bought a CPO car and dealer gave it to me no problem when I asked and another copy was with the CPO paperwork when I bought the car. I would ask the GM - you are getting the runaround. I would walk from the car if they are not willing to turn it over.

When I bought a CPO Boxster S in 2007, I saw the checklist before I bought, and got a copy in the sale paperwork.

If they're a pain in the butt before the sale, what do you think they're gonna be like once they have your money and you show up with a warranty claim? Plenty of fish in the sea. Move on to another deal.

The attached was sent to me by PNCA in 2014.

Do not buy from the dealer.

Good luck,

Eddie

Mine not only provided the CPO checklist but also documentation of the other work they performed to bring it up to their "sale specs". (My term) (i.e. 40K service at 34K miles; new tires; etc.)

I would trust your instincts.
