FS: Featherlite Alum 3110 open trailer (Seattle)
FOR SALE
2007 Featherlite 3110 Aluminum Car Trailer
VIN: 4FGA41722H104159
Details:
2007 Featherlite 3110
17.5 foot deck
Torsion axles
Electric brakes
Featherlite ramps
Reese dual cam weight distribution hitch
Custom lockable deck mounted alum storage box with lockable tire rack
Led lights
Recently powdercoated wheels (black)
Spare wheel and tire included
I am second owner
First owner pulled his RSA behind an x5 on a couple trips to Northern California from Seattle, and a few local trips.
I purchased it in 2009 and took it to the local Featherlite dealer for inspection and service. Brakes were at 90% so they added grease in the right spots and I was good to go. I have used it locally and for trips to PIR and ORP.
It pulls great and is the best open trailer I have seen at the track. The original owner said the hitch set up was $700 and he paid $4000+ to have the box and tire rack made by a local race shop (Racecraft in Woodinville, WA?)
If I lived on a piece of property that allowed me to store it without having to pay storage fees, I would keep it in addition to the planned enclosed trailer.
Empty with box and tire rack, I think it weighs about 1500 lbs
I pull it with an F150 and previous owner used an x5 - so I am certain most medium SUVs/trucks can pull it easily.
$6650 firm (trailer is in Seattle, title is in hand)

this is a great trailer and an awesome deal!! i live close to the shop that did the work on the custom box/wheel rack and asked them to replicate but it was serious $$$$$$. its truly custom work from design down to the welds. so i just threw crap in to the back of my pickup, hahaha
i've also seen pj's trailer personally and its perfect, no surprises. i'm sure it'll go quick. PJ email me pics of your new enclosed you lucky bastard!

You are right - it makes the trailer IMHO
Race ramps, jack, chairs, tools, etc, all easily fit in there and it is lockable
I have not one thing bad to say about the trailer.
Well it could use a cleaning.... But that is simple
