I bought this car last November from a rennlister/PCA member. He bought it from a PCA member. I am a rennlist member and PCA member as well. This is my 3rd Porsche. This car needs to be driven. I put 6,000 miles on it in the last 13 months, 2,000 of those are the trip when I bought it.
I have the records from myself, the last owner, and the previous owner. The original owner data is on the carfax. I have owned the car a year, the previous 2 owners each had the car about a year each. I have all the manuals that came with the car, and all 3 keys that came with the car. All tools and the spare are still in place, even the piece of paper in the fuse box is still in place.
The only issues it has are:
-the right front seat belt rececptacle is "bad" causing the airbag light to be on. I cleaned the contacts and ground on the seat belt and had the code checked/cleared it returned so it needs replacing.
-It has a minor scratch on the rt rear aero side trim from before I had it, no one notices it
-The console has a few light scuffs, but nothing bad
-The brake pad sensors are tie wrapped out of the way, they were done that way when the previous owner had the track pads on.
Other than that item it has NO leaks, no broken parts, no missing parts, and has caused me NO trouble. I put new Michelin Pilot Sport Ribs on it when I bought it, they have about 6,000 miles on them. It is now, and was garage kept by the last owner.
Since owning it, I have replaced the ignition switch, the rt front center cap, the lower trims in front of the front wheels (broken before I bought it), changed the oil/filter (it's always had Mobil 1), replaced the cap on the coolant tank to the latest version.
Just before I bought it the brake fluid was flushed/replaced with ATE Super Blue, the transaxle fluid replaced with Redline.
Will sell with:
extra set of chrome 18" turbo twists with NICE colored crests(993 part#'s 18x7.5 and 18x10)
extra front splitter
car cover
sun shade
Billet Oil Sump extension (Brey Krause I believe) still in wrapper
X51 Oil sump pan (has different baffles than stock) still in box
Set of front Performance Friction pads (used for one track day by previous owner)
Guards Red

The aerokit is factory, see codes XAA (aerokit)and XAD(aerokit rear side trims) on the option sticker. Also note the radio code is listed. The only other real option is the Litronics. The headlights have clear bra on them as well.
The previous owner took it to Road America one time with no problems. The lettering on the calipers is still white so it wasn't driven too hard. He intended to turn it into a track car but it was too nice and clean and he didn't want to switch brands (He races BMW's).

I only drive it about once or twice a week if that, but it's been in town since last year. There's another aerokit car in town, it's white w/chrome wheels.
I take it to some of the local car shows.

Did you do the Destin show in October? I did it last year and it was a good turn out.

re: Down South; I attended the Destin Show but didn't show my car. It was in the European Car show at the Naval Aviation Museum. I also have put it in a few charity car shows around town, and try to go to the local Saturday night "show" on 9-mile. I've been going to the 9-mile hang-out for years.

Usually every saturday night on 9-mile at the Burger King/Tokyo parking lot the Panhandle Cruisers are there, sometimes the PCA cars, or the Miracle Strip Corvette club, or the Gulf Coast Mustang Club, VW or even jeep club. Winter time might be 15 cars, summer time might be 50-75 cars. Street Rods, Muscle Cars, a few European cars. Usually between 5:30-7:30PM.
