Default FS: Four sets of OEM wheels 16/17/18 magnesium and aluminum

SOLD

I've just listed four sets of wheels on ebay. The Sport Designs and Cup wheels came with the 993 C4 I bought in January, but I'm doing different wheels. The 993 16x9's are left over after I bought a couple sets of 993 16's and kept all four 7's for snow tires. And the Turbo Cup wheels I've had for several years, but recently bought another set in mint condition.

Porsche 18" OEM Sport Design wheels, PZeros, 993 996 Boxster

Porsche rare 944 Turbo Cup 16" Magnesium Race Wheels

Porsche 17" OEM Carrera 993 Cup 2 wheels

Porsche 9x16 OEM wheels, set of four

Sorry about this, but I just cancelled the auction for the 17" Cup wheels.

I found out over the weekend that the new wheels I ordered won't be here for a few months, and I'm going to use these wheels until the new ones come.

I will probably relist them later in the year.

I'll probably put them on ebay again, but it won't be for a few months probably.

What size tires fit on the 9x16's, and does anyone make that size? Gonna be slim pickings for 16 inch tires now that everyone is going to 17/18/19"+ wheels.

On my Turbo Cup car, I run 245/45-16.

Tire Rack sells 6 street tires and 4 competition tires in that size.

Other sizes that would fit those rims include 255/50-16, 265/45-16, and 275/45-16, and maybe others.

Tire rack has specs listed for all their tires, for example

Thanks, looks like TireRack carries several tires in that size. I have 255's on my 9" wheels, so I tried that and didn't come up with anything in 16' diameter.

I have a 1985 1/2 944. I have a tranny problem in the rear portion of the tranny. The tranny made a weird noise then it froz up. You can hear the broken gear or something at the tail end of tranny. I want to pull the tranny and give to a tranny shop. I dropped axels and took boot off inside car. How hard is it to actually perform this operation? Does anyone have any tips or suggegestions. Thanks John B.
