It has been really difficult for me to join lately as I have either been traveling or entertaining at night with clients. We always have weak participation in the summer. Things pick up again when the air temp goes back down.

Not such a good race for me, I did great in pratice and Qualif but during the race I lost my concentration a couple of times and on the last lap, I misjudged my breaking into turn 1 and rammed into Ben Sorry Ben.

Hell of a Start Tony, I don't understand how you guys launch this fast!

Generally a very good race from the whole field. I spun from second place early on and had to wait for the pack to clear before trying to pop back on to the track. When I caught up to Sean again, I hit him. Misjudged the braking big time and just loosened the lizard car up like a corvette would. I think without those two errors, I could have had time to catch back up to Tony and make a good run for the finish line.

Slip and dump the clutch is the best way to start. Tony did get a great run at the beginning. I was driving my mirrors until he got by.

First time back for over a month, race, work, travel, etc. Stephane I think it was just a matter of who made the least mistakes as we traded places a couple of times.

Still in the middle of the hut hunt here in NoVA. Hopefully we have that solved by late summer so I can set up my rig in my own office and join you guys whenever.

I was settled in just slowly realing in Tony, until Justin decidded to turn on the after burners and gain 2.5 sec on Tony and I in 1 lap. Then I started pushing the car and by the end I had nothing left in the front. Good race overall.

I left the house at 8a
Got home at 8p

Long day and was just not in it
After 10 laps of practice I logged off
Didn't want to mess up anybody's race

No worries, we both drove away from it and it certainly seemed like you gave me the position back. Sincerely appreciate the good gesture and the apology. There's always next week!

I'd love to get back out there but I'm just too busy this time of year.

We'll take a break until fall after this season is done. Maybe we can do some shorter seasons over the winter.

Yeah I wonder if maybe every other week during the summer might help? People will still be busy but it makes getting on and not literally having only race day to get the car ready a bit less of an issue. My autox season, which unfortunately involves a minimum of 2 days of travel even for our "local" events, is in full swing plus national events. It will be mid Sept before my schedule calms down.

It was fun to do the classic boot version without the bus stop, but holy moly is it a draft lock race. Tony and I switched places a whole bunch of times before he found a wall. I can't make next week's return to COTA but I hope it goes well for the guys who missed it last time. After that, the next league race will be in October I guess after the real life race seasons have all wrapped up for the summer.
