Nice! Was on a 3.5 team that finished 6th at nationals a few years back but have just played local 4.0 tournaments since. Injuries have been limiting my play so hoping to be racing by spring to fill the void.

What will you be racing? I'm the opposite, blown engine in Oregon and now refocused on tennis until I get my car back!

A '99 c2 coupe. I'm aiming for SP996 but may start with H class or GTB1 depending on how far I get with the conversion.

I played a little tennis growing up but didn't really get serious until my youngest decided the whole family should take it up 5 years ago. It's been a blast. But between USTA, club leagues and hitting with the family I was playing 8-12 a week. After a bad bout with plantar, blown bicep, both rotators partially torn and now tendinitis in my elbow, I've decided 2-3x might be more reasonable. So I've thrown my efforts at wrenching on and learning to really drive both of my '99s (other is my DD).

Tennis is brutal on the body! For your plantar I recommend using "barefoot science" inserts. Healed mine/everyone I know who suffered. Rotator, I feel your pain. More yoga, more racing and less tennis!!

Lol! Spending the next 5 days on the Teton crest trail. I'll definitely be ready to try a new set of inserts when this is over. Thanks for the recommendation.

Unfortunately they are in the process of a redesign so there is no product available right now. I'd like to get one for my vintage FF.

I bought mine here:

I also have SoloDL so this was best option for me. I love them.
