I have used P21S Total Auto Wash and also a streak remover from a boat store. I spray the sides where the extra cleaner is need most and then wash it completely with a big bucket and long handled soft brush.
When the trailer is clean I used a medium buffer and polish and seal it all in one step with...you guessed it....Klasse All In One.
The Klasse will work really well on black because it acts as a swirl remover too.

Once you get it polished a leaf blower helps to dry after a wash and prevent streaking. It is that polishing that is a long job.
