Hey Pryme - Im a fellow north sider of Chicago - hit me with a PM!

I didn't realize how active this area was. checked out a few events the past couple of weeks, North Suburb Cars and Coffee, Motorwerks Cars and Coffee (this was a good event, free food!), PCA Social @ Superdawg. Checked out the luftgruppe 1 event as well.

I've seen these advertised but I've never heard of a concours. I'm assuming a Concours is a car show competition?

Sorry I missed out on meeting up with fellow rennlisters! Been racking up the miles before jr starts school again. Hit Oshkosh Air Show, Road america, and Door County over the past few weeks to reach a milage milestone, 400K on the SC.

When will we just have a Chicago Rennlister gathering!!! That would be a Great Excuse!

Then on Sunday it's the Geneva Concours. I think it's too late to register to park in the PCA Corral, but not sure. It's still a fun day to wander the streets and enjoy, . http://genevaconcours.net/

Richard was nice when I'd see him at ABCC but I had them restore a set of calipers I was going to put on my car and they totally botched it. I don't want to turn this into a 'dump on Rennology' thread but I'm not surprised this happened.

How many of you have your front license plate on? I added a tow hook license plate after two of my friends received a ticket in the city, not sure if it is really the CPD that looks for this vs the burbs.

Nice! OK, I was going to remove the tow hook front plate but I guess it's not worth the risk of tickets. I didn't realize you can get these at ORD!
