I enjoy watching this guy’s reviews. I do find it funny that he doesn’t like “animal skin” and that he’s a huge Alcantara fan. I like Alcantara headliners but it stops there. We have the meat! Totally looking forward to our GTS Coupe.

what i have a problem with is waste and poor treatment of animals. if the waste is minimal and the conditions are good i have no problem using animals. i don’t buy meat from Safeway, because i don’t trust their suppliers or process. same reason i avoid buying china made items, which can be quite hard. my girlfriend needed new nail trimmers. had to look high and low to find some made in the first world. they do exist, but it cost like 60$. the were medical grade made in Brooklyn NY.

GTS is generally a trim package (e.g. Race Tex), some lightweighting, a few more hp and a few other options to create the package (e.g. exhaust tuning and full SportDesign). GTS is "the enthusiast's trim level".

S doesn't appear to offer Race Tex and clearly has fewer hp. I didn't spend time on the configurator to see if Race Tex is available on S trim via Manufaktur build.

S vs GTS is somewhat apples-oranges.

S vs Turbo (non-hybrid in .1 for example) is a power and cosmetics comparison. S trim can be highly optioned to near Turbo levels. To my knowledge Turbo front fascia was/isn't offered on S trim.

Thomas is one of the best automotive review guys out there...adding cute Andrea a plus.
There are some minor differences GTS to S besides the power.
The interior package in this video is exclusive to the GTS.
The GTS exhaust rumble will be more pronounced in the interior at lower speeds but not on the highway.
More negative Camber; Liquid cooled torque converter, front suspension component upgrade; .4" lower ride height.
If I recall correctly, you will pay a little more trying to match the GTS components and a few items may be unavailable.
You can't order PCCB brakes on the S.
Resale value and demand will favor the GTS.
That's going from memory might have missed something.

As always, the gts will give you things you can’t get on the S. And a bunch of things you may not want. Similar spec, the gts will be cheaper, ymmv.
