Default What options are best for resale

innodrive is not one of them , remote ParkAssist, isn't . I would get PDCC definitely the premium package plus, trailer hitch if buying for resale. I didn't spec the trailer hitch because I'm never gonna use it myself. This is my 3rd GTS I've owned a 22 & 23. I made money on the 22, then I over optioned the 23 I paid $128k for the 22 $137k for the 23. Sold them both for $128k with 7k miles. For what it's worth. Just my two cents. Hopefully this is helpful.

thanks ghaley. i'm kind of torn on the PDCC. have read the various threads and it seems a bit polarizing.

Neither of the other 2 GTS Ive owned had it. And they sold without a problem, but it may very well help resale value. You're welcome

Talk to the sales manager and the used sales manager, not just the sales associate. I have my order placed on a 25 GTS and traditionally never spec anything with an eye to resale. But this time, I had left off the sunroof (I never ever open it and see no reason to bother with it) and the sales manager told me they almost can't move a Cayenne without a sunroof. If they do sell it, it's about 25% less than something with identical specs but having the sunroof. So that got added to mine.

Hey Everyone!

2025 Cayenne GTS allocations are open in USA. I'm in Washington State and I reached out to my dealer this morning. Turns out, they received allocations TODAY. I just placed my deposit!!

Freeze date: 7/29
Arrival at Dealership: 11/3

As of this morning, the Bellevue dealership had 2 free allocations (not my dealership, but I reached out and was told they had a 3 person waitlist and 5 allocations assigned today).

Best of luck to those looking for allocations!

It's only going to help resale if the next owner is a true enthusiast and it doesn't just become a dealer trade.

Here is my build https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PSETRY47 . Ordered yesterday (5/28), have a delivery date of 9/25.

Only thing I am on the fence with is PDCC. I've gone back and forth 3,000 times. I've read every thread under the sun on it, and don't see much consensus. Some swear it's the best thing since sliced bread, and others find it frivolous. This will be my wife's DD for errands around town, and the occasional family road trip. My current logic for leaving it off is 1) save a few bucks and 2) one less thing to break.........but open to feedback.

i am applying the same reasoning to pdcc.
a little less sure about RAS, but there’s no chance i’ll be pushing this SUV hard enough to experience the difference and i have no problems with turning radius where i live. there’s also some higher battery cost down the line. otoh, it’s pretty cheap.

We had an Audi SQ7 with it and a plain Q7 without it..... I was very surprised at how noticeable RAS is in every day driving. I personally will always check that box going forward given the relatively low cost.

Ordered yesterday (5/28) with a delivery date of 11/3.

Here's my build: https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PSX4F8E2

I have some time before I freeze (7/29). I'm completely undecided on "Sport Design Package" for the painted bumpers. The GTS standard gloss black, while the sport design is painted to the exterior color. Has anyone seen either of these in person and/or have any recommendations?

I'm also jumping between black, beige, or chalk interior. My wife really likes the neodyme trim, which looks best with black IMO so I keep going back to a basic black interior... Has anyone seen the chalk in person? Do you think it will hold up well with 2 young kids?

I have the chalk interior for my build but I don't have small children. If you go with chalk get the interior package. Here's my build https://configurator.porsche.com/porsche-code/PSEJ2S30

I think you need to check this hyperlink on this. The URL is pointing to a different build than PS7D3MB3

From your descripion of use it begs the question...why get a GTS? It's a performance vehicle more than a family hauler. Maybe drive one with/without. My last 4 cars have had the Mercedes version or PDCC. There is definitely a difference in sporty driving, twisties and cornering. Most people don't need it nor do most people need a GTS version of the Cayenne. It's pretty subjective, IMO.
