Paying lower % of the MSRP in options really help with resale. As long as you have the most important ones that the next buyer usually wants like Prem Plus and ACC it will hold value pretty well. I only got quoted $8000 less for trade in last month on a Macan GTS I drove for 1.5 years
Take your highly optioned MSRP, depreciate it by 15% per year, then multiply that number by 0.9 and your dealer offer price is probably in that neighborhood.

Makes sense. I didn't see your post above earlier. More and more ordinary Porsche's are sitting on lots. I think if you hold off and keep pressing on nationwide searches you're bound to find a Panamera that's been sitting on the lot for a while and you'll be in a far better negotiating position if you have a trade to offer so they have something to recoup their "loss" from giving you a huge discount on a brand new lot car.
