My highly optioned CPO S was sold to me at roughly 17% per year depreciation vs MSRP. 10% per year depreciation vs MSRP is a more typical retail price paid by consumers for average-optioned Cayennes.

Take your highly optioned MSRP, depreciate it by 15% per year, then multiply that number by 0.9 and your dealer offer price is probably in that neighborhood.
