The turbo GT allocations are available- have you pulled the trigger yet?

Was your car one of the many which got burned on the ship? I'm glad to see Porsche was able to squeeze your order so quickly after the incident.
So I just received a call from my dealership, my Turbo GT will go into production in first week of May with a Late June/Early July delivery. According to Porsche Representative, this is the best they can do as production cannot be stopped 100% in order to correct a “Act of God”. Totally fine with it at this point as the vehicle is already paid for and being I was on a stop sale due to CF Winglets. So the wait begins again. Hopefully people are getting the same response from their SA. Enjoy, Jose

Yes, was told today that was the plan. Crazy how they know already that the FA is completely destroyed and no hope! I’ll wait another 4/5 months.

That's because it's too expensive to send additional ships to put out the fire. Even if the fire is put out, the damage from the smoke would write off the entire shipment. So right away, everyone knew the cargo on that ship is done.

Feel sorry for those that had cars involved in the boat fire..My car arrived in UK yesterday, hope to be able to collect some point next week. So looking forward to this car have had a few Cayenne's over past 15 years. But this will be my first performance SUV since a 4.8is X5 back in 2006.

Had a couple of Hrs in this today on road and round a short track. One point that impressed was just how complaint the car was in normal mode it drives chassis and steering wise just like a normal Cayenne Turbo not harsh or hard at all but with more steering feel and sharper turn in, this reminded me of the steering feedback on my 992GTS. Put it in sport plus mode and it becomes different car it all gets faster sharper but not harsh, its a was bit damp and not my car so did not push to hard but it felt like it had lots of grips in the corners. Its engine and box feels and sounds like a URUS, but the ride quality and steering feels more sorted, I had forgotten juts how good a proper V8 sounds. The Instructor said that with the Cylinder activation cut off on a long run they had seen 27 Plus MPGs, so it should have a decent range on a long run. Very much looking to get my own car soon. Very impressed with car it will make a great daily user car.
