Has anyone hard wired one yet in a ‘19? Found directions for the previous model on getting Into the overhead console, but ours looks different enough that it makes me nervous.

I will be doing it soon, so I will post pictures. Maybe in a week since mine just arrived at the port.

I will be doing it this weekend with a mirror tap. I'll post up pics.

Wired mine. Put it to the right of rear view. Didn't hard wire this one as just ran wire down A-PILLAR to plug under passenger footwell. Power goes off after a few minutes. Had it wired with the Savvy but that was interfering with alarm b/c of OBD thievery in Europe.

So, here are the pictures of what's up there. I tried multiple places but nothing seemed to work. After doing a Boxster S, two 911's, and a Macan this is the first time i failed at getting a mirror tap going. :-(. However thanks to the post above, I found that 12v in the passenger footwell that is well hidden and will be easy to use and will just get a longer cable.

Thanks for the pics. Bummer nothing works. I’ll probably do the same with the 12v. Just pull that out and direct connect to it and run up a pillar. I think that’s what i did in my ‘13.

Where did you find the 12v in the passenger we’ll? What color was the wire? I also could not find ACC 12v in the overhead console harness, and will need to find this wire.
Thanks
