We're just back from having spent 10 days in the French Alps - worth every penny and what a great car the PD is!

Cool

New to me 2012 Cayenne Base w/ 6-speed manual. Picked up last weekend from BMW of Lancaster, PA. Only 36k miles on the clock! Enjoyed the drive home

Awesome find! Not many low mileage 2012's much less with a manual. My 2011 manual had 82k when I got it about a year ago. Love it!!!

Don, can we sticky this thread?
St
I can - but sometimes that isn't productive. There are certain phone interfaces for Rennlist that don't show the stickies without a few extra steps on the part of the user. And if there are too many stickies, the attention you're seeking sort of gets lost in the excess of stickies.

Let me think on it. Anyone else care to comment?

Can you ask them what one they used? Tell them if they don't want to reveal that - I'd buy it from them. It's exactly what I need to cover the curb scuffs on my identical rims. I had them refinished once, and sure enough within about 18 months a curb jumped out and attacked 2 of them. I hate cobble-stone curb.

Honestly, I never open any of stickies on any forum because I immediately think it is just for rules of the forum.
I think it is better to keep it like any other thread and people by default will bump it up from time to time

Been driving it quite a lot since I got mine, so I have not done a proper photoshoot. It is really addictive to drive this beast! Just got it back from the detailers, and get it ceramic coated as well. It is a 2011 CTT, Cararra White on Espresso, fully loaded with PTV+ PDCC PCCB. Only missing Seat Ventilation, Panoramic Roof, and Rear Seat Entertaintment.

Moonlight Blue Metallic looks black in these photos but is a very deep metallic blue. I went for the two-tone interior following advice on the forums about glare with a Luxor Beige dash top. Not many seem to have the athermic heated windscreen. I'm pleased my insurance covers breakage as I wouldn't like to pay for a replacement.

Don't know when I'll get a chance to use the Panoramic Roof - it hasn't stopped raining here for two days!

Graham

Winter rubber on the S. Stuck with 21s, but went with the 295/40/21 size to add a little bit more sidewall after a pothole took advantage of the 35 series tire last winter. Just put the same size and tire on our GTS as well. No rubbing on S, but am getting a little on the GTS, but I suspect an alignment will remedy that. Pic below is in low level 1.
