Anyone get over 100K before driveshaft bearing failure?

I have 76K on my 957 GTS and only have records for the last 2 years. The dealer says that they only have records from when they sold the car...I was under the impression that there was a nationwide Porsche connected system that would allow any dealer to pull up all records since the vehicle was in service....
Anyway, since I have no way of knowing if the part was ever replaced, I was wondering if I may make it over 100K before dealing with it.
I guess the same goes for the coolant tubes?

Yes. Mine was just starting to tear when I bought it at 103k. Drove it for almost a year before the "midget with a hammer" appeared under the console.
If you can get the car up in the air, you can get a look at the bearing support. You should be able to tell if it's original or new.
My coolant tubes made it to about 105 or so. I replaced them before they failed. That is strongly suggested. If you wait until they blow, the starter gets a nice bath (it will last maybe 6 months past the bath), and the coolant goes down the back of the motor and onto the torque converter seal. Replacing that is a big job.

The aluminum one is supposed to provide more torsional rigidity and a more direct feel. The CF one is supposed to twist more and therefore be a bit smoother, but a little less direct feeling. I've installed the aluminum one in my widebody project but haven't driven the car yet, since the bodywork is now being done
