Default What is this?

Picked up my first Porsche a couple of weeks ago, a 2015 CD. I have already put a couple thousand miles on it, loving it! Anyway, I found this hanging underneath the car this evening, driver side rear. I am guessing whatever it is snagged on something on the crappy unmaintained dirt road leading to my house. What is it and where does it go? I zip tied it to the sway bar until I figure it out. Thanks!

Can you take a photo and pan out? Wipe it down and take a picture of the part number on it. Google will tell you lol. There is a leveling sensor on one front and rear wheel but this is not that. You can see where the plastic broke off so there should be a bolt under that area with the other piece on it. Do you have a lift?

Thanks for the response. I do not have a lift but I will clean it up and grab a picture. The car does not have air suspension so I am thinking it would not have any levelling sensors?

If you've got Xenon or LED headlamps you do have leveling sensors, one in front, one in rear

But those look different.

@Spicy What's the other end attached to? Perhaps that entire assembly bounced into your suspension and is actually from another car...

You have keyless entry as an option?

Image 218 from this listing shows you where it belongs:

I do have keyless, is this the receiver for it? And thank you very much for the picture, that is a big help!

That is a KESSY receiver. There are several throughout the vehicle.

You are lucky to have OEM KESSY! There are several antennas by which I mean more than one in and around the rear bumper assembly.
