Default P20FE00 (Reductant Metering Unit Performance)

Has anyone else had this fault code? As we have a 2013 diesel 958, looks like it is not covered by this campaign. Will verify current campaign status with the dealer. - Note, I did search the forum for both the fault code and then title w/o results.
Porsche has a campaign for 'Model Year: As of 2015 up to 2016 and Vehicle Type: Cayenne Diesel (92A)'
https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/20...17422-9999.pdf

" Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles.
On the affected vehicles with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), there is a possibility that the fault memory entry P20FE00 "Reducing agent metering unit malfunction“ will be entered in the DME control unit fault memory and the Check Engine light will be activated because the diagnostic setup of the SCR system is too sensitive in the low-temperature range, although the AdBlue® metering quantity is still set correctly in this temperature range. "

Looks like this is a software issue that does not effect drivability.
Thanks for any insight.

RS,
Did you figure out what was causing this code in your CD? I recently got the same code throwing a MIL in my 2014 and it comes back after clearing.

I got the code also, 2014 CD with 119K, and it comes back after clearing.

I found this,

The tank and pump are different in the cayenne, so probably doesn't apply to the CD

idk

I still have a check engine light for this. Car seems to be running fine without issues and the light goes away when it’s warmer outside.

My guess is that it is related to this service bulletin:
WF34 - Re-programming DME Control Unit (Workshop Campaign)

“This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. On the affected vehicles with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR), there is a possibility that the
fault memory entry P20FE00 "Reducing agent metering unit malfunction“ will be entered in the DME control unit fault memory and the Check Engine light will be activated because the diagnostic setup of the SCR system is too sensitive in the low-temperature range, although the AdBlue® metering quantity is still set correctly in this temperature range.”
But I haven’t brought it in to a dealer yet to have this confirmed.

I have to say that for the price the thinkdiag unit is a great investment. I just competed final part of my SC/Sport+ activation coding and it's all working great.

Here is the list of items I've been able to code.
1. Windows down/up with keyfob
2. Activate auto rain sensor
3. Change spoiler auto up speed
4. Change how far back seat goes for easy entry
5. Added Torque & G-force screens to MF
6. Programmed 991.2MF steering wheel
7. Added new set of console buttons - programmed PSE and Sports+
8. Activated SC using online activation code

Not sure how much value adding PSE, SC and Sports+ adds to a car but it's more than the cost of a thinkdiag.

Did you ever get this resolved? If so, what was the fix?
