Best year for 958.1 and best motor? I'm looking at '14 model S non turbo v-8

I'm now deciding between a 958.1 with Air Suspension with height adjustment and PASM or one with steel springs. Any recommendation to help with deciding? Is the PASM system reliable and a definite yes? The S with the PASM is pretty loaded with Premium Plus package and listed out at $86K in '14.

Light around town use only? No need
Mix of smooth curvy roads and rutted or potholed roads? Sure.
Towing? Absolutely.
That having been said...I'd always go for air.
...Unless you are 100% committed to dealer service. Then an air suspension can become expensive. Generally, if you have a good independent mechanic who knows these cars, an air suspension will be a non issue.

Many have on this forum state Air is reliable. Me? I would be petrified the day the CPO runs out. Sooner than later air will have problems. Maybe not as bad as Rangies, but air will have problems and is very complicated to fix.
Hyperbolically speaking, steel springs have been around since the birth of the automobile.

....that's why next month I'm buying a Fidelity warranty for my CS...that will give me another four years of peace of mind.
