Observations thus far; they work well, but I've noticed the leveling can change slightly. From the factory they were aimed to force oncoming motorists off the road, but the manual level adjustments are where they are on OEM lights.

Vent cap fell off one of my lights but was captured in the space between the light and the shelf so I was able to reinstall along with the paper filter. Cornering light function is almost instantaneous. We're heading into winter in Idaho where mine are going to face the wringer.

Out of box comparison with left being xenon, right LED

Notice the ballast is now on the back lid. Fits fine. Vent cap mentioned towards the front of the assembly, it's a press fit plastic cap and my guess is thermal cycles mean it will be press fit and tiny dabs of RTV in the future

I live in the worrrllldd of tomorrow

Afterwards
.... I'm keeping my OEMs in storage in the meantime.

Thanks Dave. I had LED's on '15 CD and really miss them as my '16 CD just has xenons. The low beam on them is dismal compared to the LED.

They work fantastically for me, as a way of gaining access to newer tech from the first gen 958 I'm very pleased. The question for me is durability which will be determined, sadly, through use and age. But these truly were plug and play. I had Oseram nightbreaker xenons in the oem units, I see the difference.

Still very pleased, with headlight switch set on auto they are also great DRL’s. The change in appearance is also gratifying and completes the look with the LED tail lights as well.

With the headlights I went with the SLG garage in Michigan but the tail lights were “California aka China” from a company DT Moto. Tails were $600 vs $1,000 this way

Wish me luck. After doing a lot of research and in a moment of slight frustration I took the plunge and ordered upgraded "matrix LED" headlights direct from the supplier in China. I will report back on the results. We'll see if they are truly "plug and play". If not I will be out the cost of return shipping to China.

I bought similar. 100% plug and play no codes or issues. I'm beyond pleased. They look good and work very well

Default Just to me…

I have always appreciated a little ‘extra’ forward lighting. I bought two options, a 20” SPOT LED light bar, and a 32” curved combo bar. They are both “slim” single row bars. On the CTT the bottom row of the grill near perfectly fits the 32” bar, and no coincidence (I measured’) a 20” bar will fit the center section of the grill.
will light them both before installed to see which fits my goal. Both can be installed slightly inside slats. I had to trim the corresponding vertical bits.
since I have ACC so using second row level with DRL’s wouldn’t work

Part of the reason I went this seller was that they actually communicated with me prior to purchase. I sent an email and they responded quickly. They even called me from mainland China in attempt to verify some information about the options on my Cayenne. That didn't work out so well so we went back to email. Nonetheless we got it sorted. I expect that I will be getting fully functioning, error-free, programming-free, PDLS (not PDLS +) compliant, 2018-2022 style LED "matrix" headlights for my 2016 Cayenne in the next couple weeks. Again, please wish me luck.
