Default PCCB issue

Hello everyone.
My 2014 CTT has a strange issue whit the brakes. A have a OEM PCCB. The problem is when hit the brakes at speed about 70 miles or higher a have a vibration on the steering wheel. I now that happen on steel disk breaks. The question is can it happen on carbon ceramic disk. Is there a some kind a maintenance for those disks.

This is unlikely to be caused by the brakes.

Front wheels unbalanced?
Wheel weight fall off?
Road debris like tar, small rocks, stuck on wheel barrel?
Look at all your wheels.
Make sure the barrel is clean, free of ANY debris.
Have the front wheels rebalanced.
Keep us up to date.

if the issue is under braking and not when driving (ie no vibration) it's less likely a tire balance issue, I've not heard of issues getting deposits like iron rotors.

What I would check, in this order:
wheel bearings
brake pads don't have deposits or issues
tie rods
shocks
other suspension components

I understand.
However, My above recommendations are simple and quick things that can be done to rule out bigger items.

Loosen and retorque your wheel bolts.

Check tire wear

Inspect discs for missing hardware.

Though it may not sound like a tire issue since it happens under braking, I had a practically identical issue with my Lexus a while back (obviously not equipped with PCCB), and it turned out it was just a poor balancing job done by Discount Tire. Took it back to them twice, but they still couldn't get it corrected, so I ended up taking it to a specialist in WA, when I still lived there, called Tru-Line. Had to pay $125, but it was well worth the lack of headaches from that point on. Like your car, it only happened under braking at around 65-75 MPH; didn't feel a thing when I wasn't braking while driving at those speeds.
