Hello I have a '14 CD. I lost the "next" song function after updating my iPhone. The "back" function seems to work sometimes. I did a master reset of the PCM and it is still the same. Any ideas? Is this a Porsche or Apple issue?

What version of PCM 3.1 are you running? I'm on 4.76, and will test it out with my wife's iphone which was just updated.
I'd also recommend "forgetting" your bluetooth pairing on both devices as a first step for troubleshooting (your phone as well, assuming you didn't when you did the reset)?

Thanks for the suggestion. I am on version 4.73.

I don't use Bluetooth but the lightning cable. Will test your suggestion tomorrow

Mine works fine with BT audio although BT audio sometimes do not load up as available but that happened before IOS 13.

Have you deleted the phone from PCM and PCM from phone then reconnected?

Thank you for your suggestion. That worked! Now I have to do the same with the 991. It showed the same issue with its PCM too

Well, there is still something not right. I can use the next and back buttons when using Bluetooth.

However it is not functioning when playing same playlist using lightning cable.

However if I just play all songs without any of my created playlists with lightning cable, the buttons work again. There must be something in IOS 13 that is not working well with the PCM

[edit] confirmed in my 991 too. Buttons don't work with my created playlist when using lightning cable. Same playlist works when using Bluetooth

I’m having the same issue with my IPhone 7 Plus running IOS 13.1.1 on my ‘12 991S with PCM 3.1 software version 3.43. Glad it wasn’t just me. Hopefully someone can share a fix or Apple releases another update.

From the UK here 2015 pcm 3.1 Cayenne what a ball ache my pcm version 4.75 since iPhone update my tracks don’t skip either while connected via lightning cable any more updates on this guys?

Also how do I update to version 4.76 version?

Update process is very easy.

There is no "Info" button on my PCM (2017)

Safe as far as I'm aware, just keep the ignition on. Pop in the DVD, and it automatically updates. Takes about 10-15 minutes.
