Not to hijack this thread....but......considering a Cayman Don? I've looked at and driven a couple myself in recent months (718 and previous gen). Great vehicles, even the base car (718). I think I'd go 718 myself. The turbos do a lot for the broader powerband (if not the sound, although the exhaust note's not nearly as bad as many say). If I went previous gen it would be an S or GTS.

Mebbe I'll test drive the Cayman while I'm there. I made the mistake yesterday in taking an old (even older than me) friend along to keep him amused. I should have remembered he has the attention span of my granddaughter who is 5 months old. And when he gets bored in this sort of situation he lets everyone know he's bored. So I really didn't get to see what I wanted to, and didn't want to stick around for them to get the Cayman out of the middle of the showroom so I could test drive it. Maybe tomorrow...
In a reasonable world that would be true - but we're talking Porsche world. Somewhere I saw a document on CPO explaining how it worked - but yeah - if it was fixed yesterday and CPO ended today, and the fixed item fails tomorrow, guess whose problem that now is? Can't hurt to bitch at Porsche Cars North America, but doubt if they'll do much.

@RAudi Driver Reviving the thread again because I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find the source of the problem?

Seat bottom needs a new foam cushion.

Hey guys.
I made a post here https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-...l#post16982037
Maybe this helps you. The sensor wires are very fragile and are the most likely to break and cause the issue.

Ahh that reminds me. I have to attack this. Will try this week as it's getting cold here and I would like to get the heated seat back up and running. Looks like an easy fix. I'm going to reskin my seat also while I'm at it. Not cheap but it's time.
