Default Preventive Maintenance Question

Preventive Maintenance Question
Our 958 diesel is approaching 7 years with 88k hard off-road miles. We have three major trips planned for this year. 6,000, 1,500, and a 10,000 mile trip all with a good bit off road. Going from the Big Bend & desert, to Steen's mountains and then winter north of the Arctic Circle to Tuk and Coldfoot.
We will have fresh rubber tires - KO2s for three season and Nokian Hakka 9s for snow & ice. Also getting a fresh battery, TPMS sensors, and serpentine belt.
What maintenance would y'all suggest for our long off-road trips where even getting a tow is a big issue?

One concern is cold starts as it got to -36F the last time. We do use treated diesel from the pump and also add cetane boost.
.
What would you get aside from a new battery, tires, TPMS sensors, and serpentine belt ?
What maintenance would you do realizing our extended trips will take us from hot deserts to sub zero Arctic conditions ?
Is there a recommended replacement time / mileage to replace glow plugs?

Thanks,
.

It's given that you're going to change out your oil, but I'd also do brake fluid and coolant while I was at it.

In fact, I'd probably do all fluids, including the diffs.

Engine and cabin air filters, this tire puncture reduction product http://www.rerubber.com/rubber-tire-sealant/

on a lighter note if you watched season 3 episode 13 of the Grand tour on Amazon prime you are better of using a John for that trip...........

RS, looking forward to following more of your adventures with Otis! Do post and keep us updated! What's the best way to follow your adventures, will you be creating a thread here or elsewhere? It is awesome to see the Cayenne being used for such rugged adventures!

Thanks for the link, will have to watch it.
We have supported the ERA - Endurance Rally Association which puts on rally events for vehicles 1976 and earlier. This link is to their rally from Peking to Paris where they do a lot more than just Mongolia.
Peking to Paris 2019 - oldest vehicle entered is a 1907 Contal Mototri Tricycle, my favorite 1933 Alvis Firefly - we got to see this one and meet the owners last year.
Nine Porsche's currently entered - still time to enter your pre-1977 car. Currently our oldest is 1993.

Yeah, do all the fluids, oil, tranny, diff, TC and coolant. I’d also do the plugs, Serp belt, and check for any moisture around the water pump and thermostat.

Maybe check bushings, wheel bearings, steering and suspension parts as well. How are the CV axles? I used to do a lot in my 4runner and tie rod ends, cv joints, rear links would get damaged some so those were things we worked on a lot.

Agreed on front diff, rear diff(especially if have PTV+ due to the possible crunching sounds; https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-...-normal-7.html ), transfer case, and transmission (fluid/filter/gasket). I cannot believe Porsche is recommending 160k interval on these. On a heavy Cayenne? Silly IMHO.
Fuel filter.
Glow plugs--need to think more on that one.
