"Unready" status on Shell Fitcar/DEQtoo app

Have been trying to get my diesel passed for tab renewal and unsuccessful. Yesterday I drove until the oil and water temps were both greater than 200 degrees. I tried several times the Fitcar app and no luck. Any diesel suggestions on getting all the sensors "Ready"?
I purchased the OBDII plug in from Jiffy Lube and it worked fine passing my Boxster.
