Default Folding side mirrors on cayenne diesel?

My last 955 had power folding mirrors, flip the **** on the mirror control.

Does my cayenne diesel not have that feature? Also do the side mirrors defrost? Again a separate setting on my 955 mirror control that seems to be missing on the diesel....

Porsche likes to charge for options. Some come as part of a package. Show us a photo of your driver's side window controls - that's where the folding button lives. It's up at the top, or top-right (if you have LCA there are two top buttons above the round mirror button.) And I believe they all defrost - but there is no button to turn that on, it's probably temperature controlled, or done like BMW used to - it was always on. Do your outside mirrors dim with the central rear-view mirror?

You can fold mirrors when keep pressing the lock button.

I believe they are standard in the diesels. My CD has them. I don't have the built sheet in front of me but I don't remember them being an option.

This. Holding the lock button on the fob / door handle for ~2 seconds folds them in when you're outside the car. As deilenberger said, there's also a button next to the lane change assist button to manually fold them in.

Ok, cool. I park the CD underneath my 4 post lift and sometimes when I back out the passenger mirror can catch the hydraulic hose. My old cayenne I'd pull forward a bit and fold the mirrors in, then back out. Wanted to make sure I could still do that on the CD

Thought they were part of the Premium package, not standard.

Believe mirror heating comes on with the rear defrost switch. Think I read that in the manual, but could be remembering it wrong.

Just took a look at the brochure. Neither premium nor premium plus mention it. I ordered premium plus and don't remember this being included. Hence I think it is standard

Have the switch, its next to the blind spot monitoring switch. Works great, glad to have it, I end up using it a decent amount. Now if only the rear hatch glass opened independently of the hatch the way it did on my 955...
