Default Should I walk away from this?

I was looking at a 2008 CTT and asked the dealership for a picture of the option code sticker. This is what I got from them. Looking at the condition of the sticker I'm thinking it is probably best to just leave this one alone, what do you think?

Is that mold? Maybe a flood car?

Looks suspicious. In fact where that sticker is located is usually dry. Where is it located.

The car is located near Manassas, VA. The picture was just taken today with no explanation from the dealer as to why it is soaking wet. We had a snow/rain storm last night.

Maybe had a swim in the Potomac. Really the only way water can get in there is to wash it with the hatch and floor lid open. Mold spots mean moisture for a period of time. Does not look good. Any pics of the rest of the car? I would really want to see under the footwell carpets where a lot of the vulnerable wiring is.

I was walking away when I asked the question, but I wanted to see if maybe it could be a sunroof seal or done other simple fix. Here is a link to the car.

According to Carfax, it was in an accident on 04/05/10, but no mention of a flood.

So Town Porsche sold it at auction. It looks like they serviced it for a while, so I think it was traded in and then sold at auction. If there were no issues I think that a dealer would at least try to sell it on the lot considering the miles are not that high. Instead they put it on the block. Anyhow, looks that way to me.

Mebbe it was part of the "unmitigated MULTI-POINT INSPECTION"

Hmmmm... "The SUV is mechanically perfect right down to the last bolt's threading."
