SUCCESS!!!
First of all, I did not miss any screws last time around. Now knowing, I find them actually pretty easily accessible. The only tough one is the upper screw for the side-marker light. The one thing, no one has mentioned is that there is a black plastic tap which locks the bumper in place. You need to press it down to let the bumper lose. It is right inside of the headlight opening, between the fender and the bumper.!!! Once you press it down, the bumper slides right off. I am very happy, the mission is accomplished. I was able to get the front skid plate installed and while I was at it, also replaced the peeling Porsche crest emblem

BTW with your new found knowledge about how long should it take to remove and replace the front bumper cover?

Good info. I will need to remove mine once I receive my parts to replace the front signal due to condensation and the low tone horn. Thanks for posting your resolution.
