I used the
Bosch 2609200250, wich was only about 20$. Then i used 2 tubes for the pump with 12mm inner diameter, and one tube with inner diameter 10mm and outer diameter about
12-13mm
which fits with one end in the bigger tube and with the other end in the fill hole. The fill hole has a diameter at about 14.2mm (M16), but you need a smaller tube to fit this hole,
because you haven't enough space to push in the tube. Written a litle bit complicated but exactly what I've done.

After that when I finished this dirty and stinking job I throw away tubes and pump. You can still smell today (after 5 days) this stinking oil in my garage.

The smell doesn't bother me, but perhaps it is just overpowered by other things in my garage like beer, 100LL avgas, racegas, various classic car smells, 2 stroke exhaust, etc.

Yeah, that is some serious metal in there. That pumpkin is on borrowed time. I would start planning for a rebuild now.

Diffs just take standard 75w-90 gear oil, preferably synthetic. If you have the offroad package the difference in the rear gear oil is it has the friction modifyer added to the gear oil. I'm with the others above, I first changed mine at about 45K and getting ready to do it again now that I just hit 85K. Also do the transfer case, you will find it wears (the fluid), quicker than the others. It takes a ESSO LT 71141 which is different from the ATF that the tranny uses. Or you can just buy a bottle (pre-measured at about .85ltrs) from Audi, VW, or Porsche.

+1. I also changed the T case oil the same time as the diffs along with new transmission oil and filter. More regular fluid changes are cheap insurance. Brake fluid as well.

Something is wrong with the differential for the oil to look like that. I've had 2 Cayenne's near 100K miles and the differential oils came out looking almost new.

I'm on my 2nd CTT, first was an '05 and now my '06 CTTS. Both had decent rear Diff oil at the 40K change but both had very used looking gear oil at the change as well as transfer case fluid. If you read the thread on Oil changes at the top of the Cayenne forum you will find a lot of people with the same experience.

No, the pics weren't coming through on my Iphone. There have been a fair amount of Front axle failures. 100K is probably too late, but Porsche doesn't care, it's off warranty.

To change the oil didn't bring my expected whishes, I still hear the silent groaning/grinding noise, especially after I drive about 30-40kms and when the oil is warm enough.
I went to the transmission specialist and he offered a differential revision. He will change all the bearings and wash/clean the differential housing incl. the gears properly.

I think it's the best worth option...
