HVAC actuator problem
Seems that the air recycle actuator is working but stuttering at the end of it's cycle and will move around even when the HVAC is off. Is this a problem with the actuator or something else. I hear it clicking under the kickplate on my quiet time and it is annoying ! 2004 CTT

Haven't seen it do that but I have seen a lot of the fresh air flap actuators fail completely. The good news is that if it is the fresh air flap actuator it isn't too expensive and the best part is that it is the easiest of the HVAC actuators to replace. It is just above and next to the Pollen filter in the passenger footwell.
