Corrosion on brake rotors maybe? Go do a couple hard stops from speed. Also consider driving a couple hunded yards with the E brake paritially engaged.
Or Brake job recently or rear tire changed? If one of the brake dust shields was bent and rubbing on the rotor they can make a loud racket at slow speeds.
