I noticed that in addition to the oil filter (the black one on the bottom), there was a second thing that looked identical to the oil filter cover. In fact, I think it is oil related. It is located just above. Can someone confirm what this is?

 

The upper one is the oil cooler. The cap that looks like a filter housing is just the lid which holds the oil cooler in place. Do not remove it
