Fortunately for me, the previous owner replaced the Bose, put in a high end Pioneer with bluetooth, integrated telephone, and reincorporated the existing back up camera and SiriusXM. Oh, and two additional USB ports. One goes straight to the iPhone so I access all my music instantly. So the PCM issue isn't much of an issue with me. Price is, and there's a vast difference in price between the 08 and 09. As far as the 06 Turbo S goes, I love it. Came so close to buying at least two. In retrospect, I'm entirely happy with my 08 Turbo.

Agree with that!

Tonight I noticed a White/Gray 08 CTT on Craigslist in Chicago for $31.9k. It has 73k miles but CarFax says no accidents and was mostly a South Florida car. Looks like it was well maintained. If I were in the market I would take a closer look at this one...

I see a lot of recommendations for options that are a "must have", however I rarely see anybody recommend the Comfort Seating Package. Gotta tell ya, probably the comfortable seats I've ever sat in! I dont see many Cayennes with this. However I do see a lot of complaints about the regular seats. You can tell the comfort seats by the pleating on the bottoms and backs. Another thing to consider is the 08-09 have the td04 turbochargers which are good for about 325-350hp each compared to the IHI RHF5 on the 03-06 which are rated @ 208hp each! Which is lil better should you want to mod

Personally, we hated the look of the comfort seats and passed on any Cayenne that had them. They looked very "fat old lady" to us.

If the RHF5 Turbos are only good for 208bhp each then how is the '06 Turbo S, with those Turbos rated at 520bhp?
