Unable to fill her up

Were all the pumps/nozzles you tried at the same filling station? You're blaming your car, but it might be a problem at that particular station. Because if the dispensing pump flow is too high, excessive backflow in the car's fill tube will shut off the nozzle as well. Go down the road and try to fill at another station, which should determine if the problem is common just to select stations - or actually to your car.

Here's a test. Do the fill from funnel but use a funnel having a narrow part which leaves a good deal of space around it when inserted into your filler tube.
If the fuel goes in fine, then it's a vent issue. If it doesn't you have a blockage in your filler tube.

Hate to say it but I think your going to have to pull your back seat and pull the pump access cover to see what is the cause of the blockage. Definitely a mechanical blockage of some sort. Did you say the pumps had not been pulled and/or upgraded?

Have this same thing (though not as bad) going on with our 996 and I believe its relatively common on those cars. In that case it's something to do with a vapor filter if I remember correctly and it just needs to be changed. Rocking the car is the only trick that works for me and I indeed get weird looks when I do it.
No idea if the Cayenne has the same thing in it or not.

I am going to guess some type of blockage. Is it possible that a vandal may have put something in the fuel filler neck? I would try to run a hose of some type through the filler to see if it will make it into the tank. There may be some baffles that may preclude the hose making it to far. Bummer if you have to pull the tank out. Good luck.
