Don't forget to change the coolant pipes to metal! That's one option you don't want to go without.

One option that looks great IMO but is almost never seen is the carbon fiber interior trim package.

Completely changes the interior look compared to the very plain silver accents

I don't know that buttons on the steering wheel are an essential. I had bluetooth hands free phone on my GTS with no buttons and really did not miss them at all. I have buttons on the 09 turbo and all I can say is.... they are there.

To me the interior looks more complete with the buttons.

I have the multi-functional wheel and all buttons are duplicates of those on the center console. Nice to have but not necessary.

I'm not sure of your climate, but I really like the thermally insulated windows and rear air if you have kids, my 04 S didn't have either one, my 05 TT has it and I'm really liking it,a swell as the built in window shades.

My 09 turbo has thermally insulated glass and rear privacy glass; I can't say that I notice any significant difference over the previous two other than the fact that the RFID tag for entry to my apartment will not work wherever it's placed on the glass. Well isn't that what a pano roof is for?
