I believe mine was ~$1700 to do (front only), including paint and labor from my body shop here in Boston, like I said, I skipped out on a few parts to save me around $500 or more. I think that first list may be missing some parts, I have to dig around for the list I had. I am pretty sure I remember the turbo inter coolers having ducts that were $300 a piece or something. That is were I just had those shaved to fit, not perfect but you only notice on close inspection.

I skipped on these since I had the body shop just fill the holes and I didn't have that feature on my car:
Park sensor housings

R. CENTRE 95550547601G2X
L. IN. 95550537101G2X
L OUT 95550546501G2X
R OUT 95550546601G2X

This was from Suncoast (Porsche dealer) a few years back, I get all my parts from them if I am not in a rush:

"I have a quote for the bumper, grilles, front spoiler and a couple other
peices we are looking at 1512.52 not including shipping. I will have to go
through these parts with my motorsports guy to make sure I am not leaving
anything out.

Please let me know if there is anything else we can help you out with.

Thanks,

Ive gone ahead and told the bodyshop a solid YES to the front and rear turbo bumpers. I think that price is good especially considering i get to keep my front parking sensors. The 6 housings are $60 a piece so thats $360 right there. As for the turbo ducts, I'll have them trim it up or take it off if its an issue. Im doubtful anyone would notice.

On another note, ive ordered the LED tails from 360tuners, i think i will tint the white strips unless they seem to look better in person.

I'm currently shopping for the turbo exhaust tips, anyone have a favorite aftermarket style, or better off finding some OEMs? Are the 955 and 957 tips cross compatible? Same length and position?

My cayenne came with the plastic textured (not painted) valences under thr front and rear bumper. It also has the plastic side sills under the doors. The turbo valences he ordered are the body color matched painted ones, which IMO are better looking. 2 questions on this:
1. Do you think itd be unsightly to have the plastic side sills with the painted front and rear valences? (my cayenne is black and so is the plastic)
2. Can the textured painted plastic be painted? Considering its so far down, Im not concerned with an ultra smooth gloss, just eanted to know if anyones done it and how its held up.

Thanks for everyones help on this! You guys rock!!!

@FattySmax : my "two cents", looks to me like a great project. I would give you the advise to ask you body to make a special cleaning of the radiator, as, if it is like mine (true, I have 100'000 miles), the radiator (that is very hard to clean when bumper face are in place) is full of dry insects, which reduces cooling efficiency. I can see the effect in mine, when towing, on summer days, climbing make temp going up quite a bit. ..Btw, this is what motivates me to do this same (nice) mod, as the Turbo bumper are open to more air.
By the way, can I ask you to double verify if the original lower valance (the "spoiler") of the OEM "S", is really incompatible with the bumper of the Turbo ?
I still have doubts... !!
Thanks.

FattySmax, here is a better res picture for you, right after the car was finished and I went to pick it up at the body shop.

If you look close at the driver's side intercooler vent, you can see the faint outline of the trimmed black filler plate that the S and Non S have behind the grill.

So only thing missing that a person would barley notice is: the rippled hood, parking sensors and the license plate frame is after market (saved a few bucks too). I turned it around after I left to be up.

Also if you want a cheap, but not pretty 2nd cat bypass: https://rennlist.com/forums/porsche-...***-pipes.html

I would do what this guy did maybe, paint the part were the factory brush/rock (hah) guard would go with silver metalic paint. Paint the rest black and leave the rockers alone on your car. Not worth the chipping you will probably get with a non factory paint job down there. I thought of doing this, looked pretty good.

The 957 conversion would be crazy expensive. I can justify the front and rear bumpers because they're already being replaced by insurance so I just have to pay the difference. When you start adding headlamps and taillamps, that's a couple thousand right there. The car should be ready this week. I'll post pics when I get it back.

This is for the Cayenne S/base front bumper when I reference part numbers. Can you double check what number would ref GTS/turbo front bumper with park senors/washers

Quick Reply: Cayenne S bumper swap with turbo?
