Default Intake mod worth it?

I have a 2004 Cayenne Turbo and will be ordering the secondary bypass next week and wanted to hear if any of you had any gains or better pedal feel with the intake?

I know with my previous vehicles the intakes that come from factory are plenty good.

Thanks for the input!

If your talking about filters, I would stay away from anything but the OEM filters as the oiled foam/cotton filters will eventually kill your Mass Airflow sensors. I did install the IPD intake Y-pipe, I really don't know if it increased my power but I got it on a big discount and my stock Y-pipe was starting to crack. Removing the Secondary Cats made a slightly better exhaust sound with no increase in cabin noise, must increase power slightly with a decrease in back pressure.

On a Turbo, neither will provide any noticeable power gain. While you may get a few extra measurable ponies, it will not be enough to notice the difference. A jump between 450 and 460 or 470 will be unnoticeable. The change in sound, however, is way cool if you like to hear your engine/exhaust.
