Default Pano roof creeks....

Hey guys our pano sunroof creeks on the foreward left side right above the drivers head. It is SOOOOOOO annoying makes the car feel cheap. Its only in that one spot and happens over the smallest bumps. It seems like the actual sunroof frame rubbing against the body not the glass portions. Has anyone had this problem and do you know of a fix??? Can the entire roof be lifted a little and lubricated in that spot or adjusted in some way???

My buddies pano does the same thing. We fixed the noise by spreading a small dap of vaseline around each corner between the body and pano roof edge. This may work for you but it may not.

I have the same problem but mine is coming from the front right side. I did lubricate all of the seals with Silicone grease but that didn't solve the problem but is good for the seals. I'm thinking the squeak is coming from just under the front part of the roof, something to do with the headliner for the roof. If I push on the front right portion of the headliner it goes away so I'm thinking some well placed felt stick-on pads may fix the problem.

I had this fixed under CPO. It was really annoying! Mine sounded like two pieces of styrofoam pieces rubbing together. One dealer opted to try to fix it by putting felt tape to reduce the noise, but after a few miles the noise came back.

I then went to another dealer and they found a "huge" leak on the roof. IIRC, the fix included replacing the seals, "reworking" the body, and replacing some parts of the piano roof. They kept the car for 4 days to repair...

I have put 10k miles since then and the noise has not come back.
