Question #1:
Can someone please advise if these pads will work with my 08 Cayenne Turbo?
Your car does not have 350mm rotors on any axel, nor front or rear. How would they work?

Thank you 7 Summits. On this page on this pelican parts for 08 cayenne Turbo page i see hardware for the calipers but not for pads. Could you please point me to the pads hardware/kit or the names of hardware parts needed?

Also still not sure if aforementioned hawk ceramic pads will work. Also not sure if my factory rotors are 350mm or 368mm version. Thanks in advance for help!

You have 368mm front rotors and 358mm rear.

Thank you both. For some reason Pelican Parts had the Hawk pads for 350mm rotors in the results even though I selected 08 CTT as my vehicle.

So I then looked at the Textar brake pad set which Pelican parts confirmed will work with my vehicle. However when I spoke with my shop that's going to install they said don't get Textar as they've had some issues with them in past being noisy.

So any recommendations on which pads to get?

BTW: if I need rotors I am thinking Zimmermann.

My mechanic physically measured the REAR rotor on my 08 Cayenne Turbo and it is indeed 358mm.

Pagid Part # T1798
EBC Yellowstuff Part # DP41835R
Carbotech Part# CT1349

Rear Pads:

Porsche Part # 955.352.939.63
Pagid Part # T1863
EBC Yellowstuff Part # DP41836R

so I called Porsche with my vin and I was told I have 358mm rear rotors… 🤬… will the rear ebc pads fit that? Just bought them realizing after that I cannot cancel my order lol.

I'd like to add to this list the EBC Red part numbers that I've been researching as I'll be installing 368/358 onto my Q7
EBC Red Front DP31835C
EBC Red Front DP31836C

Pad Options for the 2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo:

Front 368mm
EBC Yellow DP41835R
EBC Red DP31835C
Porsche 955.351.939.63
Pagid T1798
Carbotech CT1349

Rear
EBC Yellow DP41836R
EBC Red DP31836C
Porsche 955.352.939.63
Pagid T1863
Carbotech CT1350

I found the part numbers by searching for the FMSI ID "D1350 Red EBC" for the rears and "D1349 Red EBC" for the fronts.

I still have to get my calipers re-powder coated as well as order my pads and rotors still so it won't be a few more weeks since I mod slowly.

FCP lists more 368mm brake pads under the V10 Touareg 2008-2010 than the 2008 Cayenne turbo. They have the ebc blue, black, red and yellow listed
