Default Spark plug cayenne turbo 2005

Hi
I’ve chosed NGK Iridium spark plug model BKR7EIX for my cayenne turbo 2005
It comes with standard gap of (0.8mm) .032”
I need your advice, did I made a good choice?
Porsche maintenance manual says plug gap should be (1.6mm) while others says 1.6mm is not correct!
Do I need to adjust the gap or (.8mm) is fine?

Personally I would stick with the Porsche recommended plugs. Just changed mine last week.
Mine is an "S" though.

The shop manual I have says 1.8mm for the Normally aspirated V8 plug and 0.8mm for the Turbo engine plug. The NGK 7EIX should be fine and should be pre-gapped to .8mm, don't bend the electrode like in the old days, just check the gap. The stock plug in Bosch is the FGR 6 KQE, but mine came with BERU plugs and some dealers will sell one or the other depending on their stock from Porsche as they order a Porsche Part # and the part in the box may be made by, in this case, one of the two suppliers.
