Cayenne V8 S @ 114,000 miles - Coolant pipes
So, if I've got to 114,000 miles on the plastic coolant pipes. Should I upgrade to the aluminum replacement pipes? Or do I have a perfectly fine set of (plastic) pipes that don't need changing?

Now or later you choose. Your going to be changing them. If you have the coin to do it then get it done before it turns into a bigger more expensive job when they blow!

someone on the board ought to take them to small claims court like that honda lady did. You win ONE of those cases, Porsche will recall them all and replace them.

Of course, if it were so easy, why has no one done it yet?
Why would a law firm file class action status?
Looks ... they can be deceiving.
In the meantime, it is yet another excuse for more

They will fail. It's hard to say how long they will last. They seem to fail faster in warmer climates, but it's not an absolute rule. One thing is certain: if you wait until they fail, then it will happen at the most inconvenient time possible.
You can change them on your own terms, or you can wait until they fail and change them on their terms... it's your choice...
