CTT would be nice, but way out of our budget both purchase price and insurance.

Think back for a moment...say right after the beta year....a 3rd row seating Cayenne was to be announced, were it not for the total arrogance of Dr W. and his issues with paying VW royalties. Oh, that was a fun meeting.

Please, search the archives, it's there.

Care to guess what the 3rd row seating Cayenne was to be shared with?
Yup, Q7.

And BTW, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
Cayenne owners are the second to last people who should comment on another car's aesthetics .... of course the last people are Panamera owners.

I don't know how you can say that. Take the rear end for instance, when the driving lights are on it has eye liner on its rear light clusters awwww, and whats more when the turn signal is on the whole light winks at you, how cool is that !!

C'mon Lewis, all Porsches (apart from the 928) are ugly in that peculiar ugly duckling sort of way, if you want aesthetics go for a Horse or a Bull

...however, the Q7 is just plain butt ugly!

Also we need to remember one of the basics of pigdom, we drive a car that looks like a pig, remember way back when, the Infinity 45 was the Clowns Foot etc. Q7 IS a minivan

If you're really fixated on ugliness in a performance car buy a Caddy CTS-V

Harm Lagaay was quoted as saying the 968 was the most beautiful Porsche he ever designed.

The 911 shape has withstood the test of time, 40 years and still an icon.

A 964 Flachbau takes my breath away, similar to the lines of a 993 Turbo S or a 959.

There are some gorgeous production Porsches ... the Cayenne will NEVER be one of them.

And I would go for the Bull over the Horse anyday of the week.

The 911 is a beautiful car, except for the 996 which is butt ugly.
