The Q7 has better interior design (an Audi hallmark) and it won't be confused with a Hyundai or Lexus from the rear.
The Q7 also has a more versatile seating design/capacity and a V10 TDi (if you're lucky enough to find one) that will pull a Cayenne out of any mud trap (P!gs love mud).
The Q7 can hold its coolant as well ....

I did some good research about the Q7, spoke to 2 Q7 owners as well. The owners said that although they like their vehicle, they would not keep it past its warranty.
On the research part, this included forums, edmunds, true delta, etc, and their reliability were not up to the par. Biggest complaint was the placement of cupholders right next to the MMI interface/controls. Spill your drink once and it will cost you $2500. Also, those pano roofs leaks like crazy and a lot of folks found it difficult to fix.
We are much happier (so far) w/ the 08 CS.

I wanted to find a high res photo, just to confuse the 6speed people even more, but couldn't. Sorry!

If all else fails, there's also Gary Oldman as Sid Vicious.
I think there's a very high chance of him being Sicilian there as well.

Cayenne owners are much different in that they look forward to non warranty ownership (i.e. being 'naked').
In fact, most people are willing to pay for service out of pocket, rather than send PCNA the bill for a warranty repair.
