This happened to my right side tail light. The dealer wasn't able to find any error codes, but once I was able to show them the problem in person, they quickly replaced the entire tail light assembly. The problem hasn't returned.

is their a service bulletin number for the repair? so i can call before i even go?
as far as bulb i was like.. LED's=50 bulbs, i dont think all out.lol

I was not shown or quoted a bulletin number on the service order so I can't be much help there, unfortunately. I can say though that the fix for me wasn't VIN-specific - they grabbed one of the shelf and finished the job in about 15 minutes.

I should add that it was pretty concerning for me as the brake light wasn't functioning at all - none of the LEDs would turn on under any circumstances.
The dealer didnt believe me the first time i brought it in (light problem was intermittent) and asked me to check may turn signal stalk and be sure it was in the neutral position. Apparently if it isn't, the tail lights can look odd when the Pepper isn't running. Obviously it isn't the issue if your brake light isn't working.

yeah, i have no lights left side when headlights on, no brake lights headlights on or off, i have a left turn signal, and when i click "unlock" they do work for the "convenience lighting"
ill get it sorted out tomorrow i guess...

would say everyone to check your tail lights, they checked it today and replacing the outside piece as there is a computer in there that has been faulty, service manager said he has seen it a few times now.. always the left side.

Had this done yesterday. What was supposed to have been "a little under an hour" turned into a 5 hour thing, because reprogramming screwed up the liftgate. It wouldn't open
