I'm in AZ as well, and unless I know the driver, there won't be a wave.... whether I am driving a Ferrari or the Cayenne, M3, SL55 or anything else.

I like to give the 
but feel like I would be giving the thumbs up 20x a day. Also 99% of the time I won't get the thumbs up back and usually the woman driver in the other Cayenne is too busy trying to drive straight or too busy cutting people off.
So I stopped giving the thumbs up. Even the occasional male Cayenne driver won't typically look over.
