I called the dealership today for update. He told me today is my production completion date, will keep me posted once its in the port/vessel.

d_amt_78 when I ordered the dealer told me its going to production immediately and my order was accepted and locked by Porsche on 5/17/2011 and the production was completed yesterday.

This thread is quite for sometime. I guess there is not lot of people who ordered 2012 model.

I have a 2012 S coming to the dealer soon. 5/11/11 ordered. 6/29/11 completed. Now it's on the ship. We will see how fast they can now get it to Dallas.

Great news cjwal. I ordered mine on 5/14/2011 and 6/29/2011 completed. I guess our cayennes are ship buddies. Do you know anything about which container its been shipped. Please share with us if you don't mind.

Not sure yet. Supposed to find out tomorrow. Will post once I know. Dealer says it is normally just under 30 days to get from Germany to Dallas. So fingers crossed for end of July.

Well, left Port on the 4th on the Camellia Ace. Should be in Houston around the 25th. Not sure what port yours will be headed to, but should be on its way.

Already been on it. Just out of the English channel. Looks like it is making a stop in NJ before heading to Houston. Crazy to be following it. But, it's all good!

The dealership i booked got sold to a new dealer. The new dealer called me and told me that he will be delivering my Cayenne. Tomorrow i have to stop at the new dealer ship and get the paperwork done.

Just got back from the dealership, all the paper work are finally done. My pepper will be arriving at the port by July 18th and delivery by last week of July

Porschefun - I ordered my 2012 about the same day you did - original build date was 6/30, wound up being 7/1. I see you have shipping info - my salesguy has not come up with shipping info yet. My order may be on the same boat with yours...can you send me the vessel information - at least I'll have an idea on a boat/order that should be within a day of mine.
