Awesome...you will most definitely enjoy the pick-up in Leipzig
How long are you there for?
The welcome is quite something;first they introduce you to your new ride, then to their track with a similar model to yours, first as a passenger, then as a driver for a few laps, followed by one lap of their offroad track
Afterwards, you can relax with a delicious lunch in their panoramic restaurant on the third floor, with the fourth floor devoted to a Pcar museum
Here are a few pics of what you have to look forward to...
First 3 from their offroad track
This next one is a view of their track from the restaurant
These are some of the cars on the floor above the restaurant
The last one is in the entrance to the customer on the ground floor

Thanks Jerry for the info and the pictures!
Unfortunately we aren't there long enough. I won't get the full value of the 2 week insurance.
We will make the most of our time though!
Any suggestions of things to see/do in the Leipzig area?
Any Hotel recommendations?

A one night stay is included in the Tourist delivery package. When I was there in March Porsche paid for the Marriot Leipzig. I'm guessing that since the Steigenberger Leipzig (literally a block from the Marriot) opened in April that is where they will send you since that is where they send tourist delivery customers in Stuttgart.
You'll have a blast! Build looks great.

Great info to have!
Forgot we added the Seat Belts in Titanium Blue to the order just before it finalized. Updated above.

I opted to stay at the hotel Fuerstenhof instead, because the steigenberger was not open yet.It has a nice health club in the basement with a pool, sauna and steam room.It also has a good restaurant and wine bar.very happy with my stay there
I would recommend walking through the old town and maybe have dinner at the "Auerbachs Keller" where Goethe held court in his day, admire the frescoes and enjoy some lovely local specialities.
Leipzig is also the town of Bach and Wagner,so maybe you can ask your hotel if there are any concerts at the St Thomas church or elsewhere...
Enjoy, and we all look forward to your impressions
Ps:have fun on the autobahn
