My Cayenne was completed on the 13th (just 2 days after it was estimated to be completed) and was put on the boat on April 19th. My dealer says he doesn't know the ship's name yet. How long does it take to get the name of the ship if he can see that it has changed status to "on vessel" and the date it changed?

 

I would think because it says on vessel, your dealer should know the boat name. Maybe check back in a week? Glad to see your wait is coming to an end.

 

Thanks. I'm excited. This is the first time I've ever ordered a car. In the past it has always been a matter of picking from what was available on the lot. It was awesome to be able to decide on each and every option. I had no idea, however, how tough the wait was going to be. The first month or so before it was assigned a production number etc, was easy. Now I want an update everyday.
