FYI, I have a V8 Touareg (shared platform with Cayenne) and many of us treggers have found a couple of different options as far a 18" AT tires go. I run 265/60/18 Hankook Dynapro ATM RF10s and they rock. Awesome in the snow too. I found no need to have snow tires, in a very snowy winter. YMMV.
People have also been able to fit a couple of different sizes in the Nitto Terragrappler, and the 265/65/18 BFG AT TA KO has also worked for most (rubs on intercooler vents on V10 TDI Touareg, not sure if there would be any issue on the CTT, but they are issue free on V8 Touaregs...)
