Ok for the 2007 thing etc

Well, finally I had to add a bit more than 1 liter coolant to be in the right level. Question: Is that normal? Engine (and all the car) has 11000 km. Will call anyway Porsche tomorrow to ask about this but your opinion is welcome

Talked with the Porsche guys about the pipes, they said my 2008 car wasn't concerned by this problem...

Knew a little bit of Tagalog a long time ago, couldn't help you now though.

As long as she has to use two hands apart you're OK, if she's just using her thumb and first finger you're in trouble.

Just change your pipes now, while the car is new, in order to avoid doing it later when it will affect other parts.

Coolant? They only recommend Porsche brand, and they only make the pink stuff now.

Bringing this thread back from the dead to say that I had this happen to me today on a long, sweeping left-hander. Temp gauges stayed normal for the remainder of my short ride, though I'll wait for the engine to cool before checking the level in the expansion tank. I'm hoping for no light on my next restart.

It amazes me that for every situation I've had with a Porsche so far - be it Panamera, 996, or 957 - there's a thread on Rennlist where someone has had the exact same experience.
