Greetings from Russia!
Found this forum with a Google search as I got the same problem: Low coolant warning message on my Cayenne "S", at cold. After a few minutes, turn-off and on the engine, things are going to normal. The Porsche center told me that it is a known problem (At least here) due to the cold and just to add antifreeze... Will ask details (which one, how much etc) tomorrow as I called them during I drove
The only strange thing is that today it wasn't that cold, only -5 Celsius... Trouble began when it was -30 during a few days.

Ironic that you're having 'coolant' issues in that temperature. Perhaps it's trying to say it's too damn cool aready!

Здравствуйте!
Спасибо EnigmaWmn!
In this thread I found:
> Only the 2007 Cayennes had metal coolant tubes...
Mine is 2008... So I assume it has metal pipes?
BTW as far as I could see, the level of coolant is correct, it means there is no "hole" in the system. Will check again in a couple of hours anyway. But also, as the warning disappears when the engine is warm, it should mean that the level IS indeed correct, no? Otherwise the warning would remain.
Porsche told me to "add antifreeze", but...? Should I do it, how much, etc? Dono what to do, going to the CP is a hassle (far away and always many people). Maybe better anyway as the car is under guarantee...
